I am a beginner! Is this ok?
Of course! Welcome! The beginning is such a wonderful place to be.

 

Class prices? 

Classes are $15 using a 10 class pack, with no expiration date. Or $18 casual / $16 charity classes. 

We are proud to donate all proceeds of our Nurso classes to A21 charity!

I have some physical restrictions. Is this Ok?
Of course! Inclusive adaptions and thorough guidance will be provided.

How do I make payment?
Cash or card available at class. Your first class is complimentary.

What should I bring?
A drink bottle. Bring your own yoga mat or borrow one at class.

 

Tell me about Yoga Therapy!?

Group somatic classes are a wonderful way to explore this area of yoga. You can also book individual sessions with Cassandra.

Do I need to book?
Yes please. Send a text message to 0481 873 333.  If you need to cancel, please do so the day prior.

Can I bring the kids? 
Unless it is a family class, classes are for the grown ups only. Special events are held through the year for the whole family, if you are interested, let us know and we'll keep you updated!
